01 / THE AGREEMENT

Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern use of the MeetOS website, Windows application, Chrome extension, live translation tools, associated accounts and subscription services (“Service”). The Service is provided by Bookasion (“MeetOS,” “we,” “us”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, subject to mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived.

If you use MeetOS on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. If you are not authorized, use it only in your personal capacity.

02 / THE PRODUCT

What MeetOS provides

MeetOS provides AI-assisted live speech translation, source and translated captions, optional translated voice, session usage information and, where enabled, saved meeting history. Available capture methods vary by device, browser, operating system and meeting platform. The Chrome extension captures the tab you explicitly choose, not every website or every desktop application. Windows audio features depend on operating-system capabilities and permissions.

Third-party conferencing products, browsers, payment services and AI infrastructure remain subject to their own terms and may affect availability or functionality.

03 / ACCOUNTS

Protect your account

Provide accurate registration information, maintain a current email address, keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Accounts may not be transferred or resold without our permission.

Access is intended for users who may lawfully enter into this agreement or are acting with any consent required by their jurisdiction. Organizational administrators are responsible for their authorized users.

04 / RECORDING AND CONSENT

Only share audio you are allowed to share

Meeting audio may contain other people's personal or confidential information. You must provide notices and obtain permissions or another valid lawful basis wherever required.

You must have rights to capture, transmit and translate any meeting audio or other content you submit. Do not bypass access restrictions, violate workplace rules, breach confidentiality obligations or translate a private conversation without required authorization. You control when source capture begins and ends in the relevant product interface.

05 / SUBSCRIPTIONS

Plans, minutes and payments

Plan prices, billing intervals, included translation minutes and concurrent-session limits are displayed before checkout or in your account. Paid plans may renew automatically as disclosed at checkout. Your account shows remaining minutes; sessions consume your allowance according to the usage rules displayed in the product. At the beginning of a new cycle, plan minutes may reset; unused minutes do not roll over unless your plan explicitly says otherwise.

Payments and subscription management may be handled through Stripe. Review the plan, renewal date, taxes and cancellation effects shown in checkout and the billing portal. Cancel an applicable recurring plan using the billing portal or by contacting info@bookasion.com. Cancellation of future renewal does not itself erase already-saved content.

Refund and cancellation policy: [Confirm exact policy before publication]. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over inconsistent terms.

06 / FAIR USE

Use MeetOS responsibly

You agree not to use the Service to violate law, infringe the rights of others, misrepresent consent, transmit malicious material, compromise accounts or systems, overload infrastructure, circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer protected portions except as permitted by law, or resell access without authorization. We may take proportionate measures to investigate and stop abuse while respecting applicable legal rights.

07 / CONTENT

Your speech, transcripts and output

As between you and MeetOS, you retain the rights you hold in your submitted content. You grant us and our necessary processors permission to process audio and text solely as required to operate, secure, support and improve the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the required authority to submit content, including speech by other meeting participants.

Original and translated text may be saved to your account where meeting history is enabled. Access to shared audience views should be managed carefully; avoid sharing access codes or content with unintended recipients.

08 / AI LIMITATIONS

Translation is assistance, not certification

Machine-generated captions, translations, summaries and speech can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, especially with background noise, overlapping speakers, proper names, technical jargon or poor connections. You remain responsible for reviewing important content and decisions.

Do not use MeetOS as the sole basis for emergency response or high-stakes medical, legal, financial, regulatory or safety decisions. Obtain a qualified human interpreter or independent verification when the consequences of an error could be serious.

09 / SERVICE OPERATIONS

Availability and changes

We work to maintain reliable access, but service quality depends in part on connectivity, permissions and third-party services. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued for operational, security, legal or business reasons. We will provide advance notice where required and handle material paid-service changes consistently with applicable law and the plan you purchased.

10 / ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Stopping or ending use

You can stop an active translation at any time and may request account closure through info@bookasion.com. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risks or legal requirements, with notice and opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Account closure, billing cancellation and deletion of retained records are separate processes described in the Privacy Policy and your billing terms.

11 / LEGAL TERMS

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free translation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and mandatory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

12 / CONTACT

Governing law and questions

Governing law: [Confirm governing law]. Competent forum: [Confirm court or dispute forum]. These provisions are subject to mandatory laws and rights applicable to the customer.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the effective date will be revised. Questions or notices: info@bookasion.com. Registered address: AL Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE.
